Role overview

As a Customer Management Manager, your main responsibility is:

  • To build a highly performing Customer Management team working closely with English and Exams Services Manager to ensure that the wider Sales & Customer Management team delivers a high quality and efficient integrated customer service experience meeting all British Council KPIs.
  • To foster good team spirit and embed result-oriented culture within the wider Sales & Customer Management (SCM) team.

To be considered a successful candidate, you must have:

  • University degree
  • At least 2-3 years of experience of leading a sales & customer services team
  • High level written and oral communication skills in English (IELTS: Band 6; CEFR B2+)
  • High level Myanmar language written and oral communication skills
