The British Council Myanmar concluded its successful 'Your World' video-making competition at Zealax Hotel & Residence on May 27, 2023. This year's winners include Fellowship International Study Centre for 'National Winner' and 'Best Video of Innovation', IIP International School for 'Best Video Editing', Tara’s International School for 'Best Video of Impact', and NIEC International School for 'Best Video Content'.
'Your World' is a flagship activity of the British Council Partner Schools programme, open to students aged 14 to 17 in partner schools. It offers a platform for students to showcase creativity, connect with peers globally, and provide insights into their lives. Participation fosters skills like critical thinking, digital literacy, and leadership.
All participants receive a certificate of participation, with country-level winners advancing to regional finals. This strengthens relations between Partner Schools and the British Council worldwide. Engaging in 'Your World' empowers students to drive social change and enhances university applications.
