About the webinar series
Description
British Council Myanmar is happy to present the third Teacher Takeaway webinar series, highlighting key local perspectives on topics of international interest and importance.
Beginning at the end of January, four brand new webinars by local, experienced educators will bring you practical strategies to enhance your teaching practice for English language education and other educational contexts.
This series explores how to improve results in reading lessons, how to plan and utilise task-based projects, how to give quality feedback for speaking lessons, and how to continually assess your learners with simple, actionable formative assessment techniques. These topics will be defined, analysed and framed in a Myanmar specific context through an interactive presentation and Q&A.
Each webinar will give away tried and tested teaching tools, links and resources to help engage learners, develop your practice and increase achievements in learning. This includes presenting effective resource options from the British Council’s own TeachingEnglish platform and other reliable sources.
