About the webinar series
The Teacher Takeaway webinar series, initially consisting of five webinars, will introduce key local perspectives on topics of international interest and importance in both English language education and wider educational contexts. More specifically, the webinars will focus on providing valuable insights into teaching with limited resources and exploring areas of Universal Design for Learning, Gender equality in language education, non-formal education contexts, and English within a multilingual world. The series of 5 events will highlight key aspects of these topics relevant to the Myanmar context and offer practical ideas and resources that teachers can apply in their own classrooms. This will include presenting effective resource options from the British Council’s own TeachingEnglish platform.
