This role will ensure the cluster has sufficient resources of examiners and venue staff, support plans to optimise available venue staff and examiners, communicates effectively when working virtually and works with country counterparts to resolve operational issues as directed.

Role overview

This role will be involved in supporting the recruitment process of examiners and venue staff and supporting the scheduling of test day examiners and venue staff to ensure the quality standards and cost efficiency. You will also work with management to ensure the customer is kept informed throughout the process and to handle enquiries and complaints from examiners and venue staff.

You will also provide data to management when they engage with venue Staff or examiners to act on  issues/ complaints and to develop good working relationships with appropriate colleagues.

To be able to qualify for this role, you will be required to have language proficiency in English C1 (Aptis, IELTS 6.5 or equivalent), experience working in a relevant field and knowledge/ experience in child protection policies and practices. You will also need to have experience working in an exams environment and knowledge of PSN standards for management of examiners, ability to manage non-permanent resource including oversight of performance and knowledge of British Council EDI and recruitment policy’s and standards, it will be advantageous too if you graduate with a degree in any fields.
