Role overview
One of the main accountabilities of the Officer is to ensure conversion and re-registration rates are met or exceeded. As the Officer, you will adopt a results orientated sales culture while providing excellent levels of customer service. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Managers to inform them of potential leads for new sales and with the Operations Manager and Academic Managers to ensure the scheduling of classes/courses/Exams/library members match customer preferences. Other duties will also include ensuring the FABS/Campus/Exams/Departmental/Alice records are maintained accurately and on time.
