Role overview
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY
Teaching Centre Staff logistical oversight (80%)
- Manage visa processes for Teaching Centre staff including liaison with MOFA, Immigration and Embassies as required
- Prepare necessary documentation for visa applications and renewals including FRCs
- Maintain updated list of Teaching Centre staff visa dates to ensure renewals are applied for in good time
- Support ‘onboarding’ of incoming staff; make travel arrangements – book flights, hotels etc., assist with preparation of documentation (visa letters, draft contracts), send pre arrival information, prepare hard copy HR files, and refer other enquiries to HR, Operations Manager or member of TC Management Team
- Liaise with TC Management team, and other BC departments to coordinate induction schedule for incoming staff.
- Make arrangements for tickets, visas, and hotel accommodation for work related staff travel and prepare related payment documentation (travel requests and other correspondence)
Teaching centre administration (20%)
- Prepare Purchase orders to enable the smooth running of teaching centres as required
- Process Travel Expense Requests in accordance with Essential Finance and FABS guidelines
- Workflow procurement processes are delivered and monitored to support corporates standards
- Book and prepare the meeting rooms or classrooms for customer events, workshops, testing, meeting etc·

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You will bring along at least 2 years administrative experience. Good written and oral communication skills in English and Burmese.
