Book Reading Club

Our book club activity takes place on the fourth Friday of every month! The club is for exchanging individual views on pre-selected books and discuss the various ways of "reading" a book. The group meets every month at British Council Library, Yangon and members of the club have to read the book selected for the month. What's more? The sessions will be facilitated by a British Council Library staff, who possesses a deep love for reading books.

Our upcoming reading club meeting will be held on 29 March 2024 from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at British Council, Library, Yangon.

Discussion will be based on “Witness by Alex Wheatle"

Summary of the book

To tell the truth? Or protect his family?
