Our test sessions are continuing as normal with additional measures in place to ensure the health, safety and well-being of all our customers and the communities in which we operate, which is our top priority at the British Council.
Health Measures for Test Takers
The following applies to all IELTS test takers:
- As of 1 March 2022, only the fully vaccinated test takers will be able to take the test and the last dose need to be at least 2 weeks apart from the first component of the test.
- For under 18 test takers who cannot provide proof of full vaccination, it is required to have taken a Covid-19 rapid antigen test (not antibody test) 24 hours before your first test component OR an RT-PCR test taken up to 72 hours before your first test component.
- All test takers must provide proof of full vaccination (original and valid vaccination card or certificate) and for under 18 test takers, a reliable document proof of negative antigen test/RT-PCR must be presented at the test venue on the test day if they cannot provide proof of full vaccination.
