Re-scheduling and refunds
IELTS test takers who have registered for a test up to 30 April can request to re-schedule their test date by end of the year or take a refund through our standard processes.
We have made the following exceptions for test takers who can request to re-schedule their test date by up to six months (2021 test dates will be available soon) or take a full refund without a deduction:
- are currently in a country or place that would face quarantine on arrival in Myanmar, and are therefore are unable to travel to Myanmar for the test
- are under 14-day compulsory quarantine order, 14-day medical surveillance or other self-quarantine order, as required by the Myanmar government
- have a high temperature, persistent cough, difficulty breathing or other flu-like symptoms.
If any of the above apply to you, please make a request by completing Test Date Transfer or Refund Form.
On the form, select ‘Other’ and indicate ‘Covid-19’ in the ‘Grounds for Application’ section. Note that you do not need to attach supporting documents to your request. E-mail the form to email@example.com. We will send a confirmation within five working days. However, we will not be able to process any refunds until our office re-opens, in line with Myanmar government policies.
