Youth Skills Development Programme

NFE (Non-Formal Education) empowers young leaders and influencers by equipping them with essential skills to foster trust, cohesion, and stability within their communities.

In line with this mission, the Youth Skills Development programme brings together young leaders from various regions and states of Myanmar, including those from hard-to-reach areas. The objectives of the programme are

  • To foster a sense of unity, resilience, and shared purpose among the young leaders, enabling them to make a positive impact in Myanmar despite the challenging circumstances;
  • To advance young people leadership abilities to the next level and expand youth networks;
  • To create opportunities for the young people to take collaborative social action for their communities.

Through this training program, MYEN aims to foster a sense of unity, resilience, and shared purpose among the young leaders, enabling them to make a positive impact in Myanmar despite the challenging circumstances. By providing them with the skills and support they need, MYEN seeks to cultivate a new generation of leaders who can represent their communities both locally and nationally.
