Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Illness or Medical Incident: If you experience an illness or medical incident on the test date.
- Bereavement: In the event of the loss of a close family member.
- Hardship or Trauma: Such as being a victim of crime or involved in a serious traffic accident.
- Military Service: In cases of mandatory military service.
Submission Process:
Should you be absent from the test on the scheduled date due to any of the reasons listed above, a refund request must be submitted within two days of the test date. This request must be supported by the required evidence (e.g., a medical certificate from a doctor confirming inability to take the test, a police report confirming serious circumstances on the test day due to a traffic accident, etc.) and proof of payment.
Please note that all refund requests are subject to approval from Cambridge English, and their decision will be final.
Refund Processing:
Refunds can take approximately four to six weeks to process. If your refund is approved, the money will be returned to you via the original payment method.
